Personal Profile: Jennifer has been a midwife since 2000 and has worked in a variety of hospital and community-based practices in the Twin Cities. She is committed to partnering with clients to provide individualized, holistic, compassionate health care and is thrilled to be part of the amazing team at Family Tree. Jennifer has a strong interest in education and has been a faculty member at Metropolitan State University, MN State Mankato, and Georgetown University. When not working, Jennifer enjoys walking around the lakes with friends and anything related to the local arts scene.

 

Liesl WolfLiesl Wolf, DNP, APRN, FNP-C

Personal Profile: Liesl first started at Family Tree Clinic as a volunteer, then as a registered nurse for over five years, and thrilled to now be in the role of family nurse practitioner. She is continuously inspired and grateful to be part of a team of colleagues dedicated to making healthcare accessible for all. Liesl is committed to providing care that is patient centered, compassionate, and empowering.  When not working, Liesl likes to explore the outdoors, go to concerts, play soccer, and spend quality time with family and friends.

Kadie Fredell, APRN-FNP

Personal Profile: Kadie has been a registered nurse since 2009 and a nurse practitioner since 2017.  She believes quality healthcare is a human right and is committed to caring for underserved populations.  She loves getting to know her patients and sharing her knowledge of how our bodies work so that they can make informed decisions that are best for them.  When not working, Kadie enjoys gardening, cooking and seeing live music.  She also loves anything that gets her outdoors, including camping, canoeing, and hiking with her Australian Shepard.

Personal Profile: Dr. Kelsey first became excited about working with trans and gender-expansive youth as a medical student in Boston. She has worked at many community health centers in St. Paul and is passionate about caring for folks who are not always served well by our healthcare system. Some of her areas of interest are in caring for gender-expansive youth, getting nerdy about hormones, options for non-binary transition, pregnancy care, and sexual health. She loves being outside in all weather, believes in cultural humility, speaks Spanish, and is passionate about using her tools as a physician to work toward a more just world.
