Monday & Wednesday 9AM–5PM; Tuesday & Thursday 11PM-7PM; Saturday 10AM–2PM; Friday & Sunday CLOSED

Will the St. Paul location still be open?

No. We have left the St. Paul location and will no longer see patients there.

Will you offer the same services? 

Yes! We’re moving to offer more services, but all of our existing programs will move over to the new location. 

What should I do if I need interpretation or translation services?

When you schedule your appointment, let us know if you or someone coming into the clinic would benefit from translation services.

How do I get to the new location?

The new clinic is easy to get to! It’s close to major freeways, and the 2, 17 and 18 Metro Transit bus routes stop nearby. Free patient parking spaces are available in the lot right next to the building. Google Map

Why did Family Tree move?

Our new building is twice the size of the St. Paul location, allowing our programs and services to scale up to meet demand and reduce wait times.
