There is a rising trend of pharmacies that are not providing contraception including: condoms, birth control pills and the morning-after pill. While in urban areas, fortunately there are many pharmacy options, but if this trend reaches rural or more remote locations, this lack of access will likely contribute to the transmission of STIs and an increase in unintended pregnancies, negatively impacting the reproductive health of all.
