Ways to Give

Family Tree Clinic is a nonprofit community clinic dedicated to providing affordable, accessible, and quality reproductive and sexual health care. We keep our costs low to reach those neglected by the traditional health care system. Your gift of any amount will make a difference in allowing us to continue to provide our services, information programs, and awareness efforts for family planning and the diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted infections.

Join the Family Tree Network!

Join the Network — Help us keep our records up to date, and keep you up to date on what’s up at The Tree by joining the Family Tree Network! You will be prompted to create a user account, or if you already have one, log-in with your username and password to update your existing information. Thanks!

Make a Donation Today!

Donations are a great way to give a gift in the name of someone you love, and don’t forget they’re also tax deductible. If there’s a specific Family Tree program you would like to contribute to, simply select it from the list provided on the donation form.

  • Donate via the Community Shares Fund web site. Use your credit card online. In the Special Instructions area, please designate Family Tree Clinic as the recipient of your gift. As a member of Community Shares of Minnesota (formerly Community Solutions Fund) Family Tree benefits from their presence in workplace giving campaigns throughout the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota. If you are looking for opportunities to give in your workplace this fall, know that wherever Community Shares is represented, you can designate your gifts to the organizations nearest and dearest to your heart——including Family Tree. Tell your friends and co-workers!
  • If you wish to mail in a donation please download the donation form and print it out to enclose with your check. Then mail it to: Family Tree Clinic, Attention Janice, 1619 Dayton Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55104
  • Payroll deduction plan – Please talk with your Human Resources representative to arrange to make a designated donation to Family Tree.
